This week’s newsletter reflected the energy and curiosity of life at Willington Prep. Despite challenging weather, pupils enjoyed a rich mix of activities that extended learning beyond the classroom. Highlights included an online safety assembly followed by a parent webinar, a creative Great Fire of London workshop for Year 2, and community engagement with care home visits. Year 4 and Year 6 embarked on cultural and educational trips, and all pupils celebrated the Lunar New Year together at a special lunch. A silent auction is underway featuring a signed Chelsea top donated by a former pupil to support POW's fundraising towards the upcoming playground refurbishment.
