This week at Willington saw a lively return to normal school life following the recent inspection, with a wide range of activities across the school. Pupils have been preparing for the upcoming House Arts Festival and Music Festival, while Years 3 and 4 showcased their creativity in a sketchbook art exhibition for parents.

Learning extended beyond the classroom, with Year 1 enjoying outdoor learning, Year 6 visiting the local Magistrates’ Court and attending the London Careers Festival, and pupils taking part in enrichment activities with partner schools. World Book Day brought the school together in celebration of reading, with imaginative costumes and plenty of enthusiasm from pupils and staff alike.

The week concluded with community events including the POW Quiz Night and a silent auction, reflecting the strong partnership between families and the school community.
