In the classroom this week, pupils have been building their knowledge and confidence across subjects, while also enjoying specialist teaching and hands-on learning opportunities. Creative work has been a particular highlight, with art projects, music rehearsals and preparations for the upcoming Spring Concert well underway.

Across the school, children have also taken part in sport, outdoor learning and collaborative activities, making the most of the Spring sunshine. Trips and enrichment opportunities continue to play an important role in broadening experiences beyond the classroom.

For our Year 6 pupils, there is a continued focus on their next steps, with their recent 11+ outcomes reflecting both strong academic achievement and success across a range of disciplines, including music, sport and the arts. Their attention has now turned to the Summer Fair – giving the cohort first hand business experience of setting up and running a fundraising event for charity.
