Playground Transformation - Coming This September

Exciting Development of Junior Playground

We are delighted to share plans for a major transformation of our junior playground, which will be unveiled when the children return to school in September.

Designed to encourage active play, creativity, collaboration and outdoor learning, the new space will provide children with a wide range of opportunities to explore, imagine and challenge themselves throughout the school day.

The redesigned area will include a large climbing frame, dedicated Early Years climbing and balancing equipment, a low bouldering wall, a mud kitchen, sand and water play facilities, and new mark-making boards. Alongside these exciting play features, children will also benefit from a covered reading area and an outdoor classroom, creating additional opportunities for learning beyond the classroom walls.

The project reflects our commitment to providing an environment where childhood is celebrated and where children can learn in balance — developing physically, socially and academically through a rich variety of experiences.

We know the children will be eager to see the finished result and we look forward to sharing photographs of the completed playground when they return in September.
