This academic year, 2021/22, sees the completion of Willington Prep’s move to an 11+ co-ed School. To mark this milestone, we are reaching out to the entire Willington community of pupils, parents, staff, governors and alumni to have their say on our new house names. 

The much-revered houses of Lancelot, Excalibur, Galahad and Merlin have all earned their place in Willington history. We’re keeping the red, yellow, green and blue colours to maintain the important links with the past, but now we’re looking for new names that reflect our proud, co-educational school.

Three respondents will be chosen by random to join the voting committee, which will be announced in the Spring Term. Our new house names will be launched during the Summer Term to be in place for the start of the academic year 2022/23.
